This project aims to develop a CV job matching system using Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques. The system will automatically match candidates’ CVs with relevant job postings by extracting key information from both CVs and job descriptions, analyzing the skillsets, work experience, education, and certifications of candidates, and comparing them with job requirements. The goal is to create a robust, scalable solution that helps Moyyn optimize the recruitment process by providing accurate job recommendations for candidates and improving job-to-candidate matching for employers. NLP techniques such as named entity recognition (NER), keyword extraction, semantic similarity analysis, and vectorization will be applied to achieve this.
